As Executive Vice President at Patch of Land, Jillian Jaccard leads various strategic initiatives across the firm. Her primary focus is to structure partnerships with institutional investors interested in deploying capital across the platform. Jillian joined the real estate marketplace lending industry in its infancy and spent the last year working with institutional investors on the demand side of the marketplace. Prior to this, she worked with high growth technology businesses in the Capital Markets group of Houlihan Lokey. Jillian devoted her time exclusively to Houlihan’s Growth Equity practice where she analyzed and evaluated businesses in early stages of development. She holds her Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses. Before she entered investment banking, Jillian was an entrepreneur. She founded and sold an electronics accessory company in Los Angeles.
Jillian is a graduate of the Loyola Marymount University honors program and has a B.S. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Finance.
