Chet Thomas

Mr. Thomas worked for years in the story department and feature development at DreamWorks, where he had the opportunity to work creatively on comedies such as “Meet the Parents,” which grossed $296 million worldwide and “Mouse Hunt,” which DreamWorks produced and distributed and which grossed $122 million. Mr. Thomas has strong relationships for distribution at Universal, DreamWorks, Paramount and Fox.

Chet also worked with Steven Spielberg on “Minority Report,” along with collaborating with Spielberg’s creative team on “Amistad,” “Deep Impact,” “Road to Perdition” and “Saving Private Ryan.” He then went on to become a producing partner with Gerald Molen, Steven Spielberg’s producing partner for the Jurassic Park franchise, as well as the Academy Award-winning “Shindler’s List.”

More recently, Mr. Thomas produced the film “TAKE”, starring Academy Award®- nominated actors Minnie Driver and Jeremy Renner, which has won many ‘Best of’ categories in festivals around the country. He is also a producer on the film “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever”, as well as producer and director for the recently released documentary “The Abolitionist”.

In addition to his work with ISM Films and Sneak on the Lot, Mr. Thomas also speaks at universities and schools around the country.
