Dimitri Sogoloff

Dimitri is the CEO of Horton Point, a family office with a focus on liquid alternative strategies. In 2015, Horton Point launched The Gallery Platform, the only on-demand investment platform handling full sales cycle, from sourcing to due diligence to allocation, specializing exclusively in emerging managers. The platform provides the most comprehensive due diligence capability to allocators, resulting in shorter sales cycles, and more efficient interaction between managers and investors. The Gallery managers receive allocations via managed account platform or single manager fund vehicles in various domiciles, providing investors with utmost flexibility of investment options.

Prior to forming Horton Point in 2006, Dimitri was a co-founder and president of Alexandra Investment Management, a 2-billion relative value hedge fund which he ran for 15 years. He also helped launch two successful financial technology firms – Paladyne Systems, a major player in front-to-back portfolio management solutions, and Infohedge Technologies, the first and largest private cloud and hosted platform provider for the alternative investment industry.

Dimitri holds a BS Engineering and an MBA in Finance both from Columbia University.
